For today's call in 1.5 hours from now, here's a link to a proposalfor the
text for snippets section for the specification.
SPDX 2.1 Snippets proposal
Note: A Name didn't seem to make sense for snippets, as they areparts of a
file which has a name and the information would be artificial. Instead it
seemed a better tradeoff to just use the SPDXID to identify the snippet (which
will be unique).
Anyhow take a look and let's discuss.
