Thanks for the review Philippe. Glad you liked the idea. Adding API would not be a difficult task once the Web UI is made.
This whole work wouldn't take 3 months to complete. So I guess I could add the features you suggested within the UI. At the moment I don't know what and how those features would be implemented. My Exams are going on so it would be not possible for me to look into them right now. If you can please guide me with links where to learn about them or links to already built modules that I have to integrate UI with, it would be very useful. Also, Gary suggested before that python-tools is supporting earlier version of SPDX. So part of my project would include upgrading python-tools to the current version. I think all these tasks will be enough for a 3 months project. They all can be drafted in a single well-framed proposal. If you have any other feature in mind that can be implemented in Web UI/API and worked on during the summer, please let me know. PS: My exams get over on 10th. I would definitely start handling issues after that.
