Thanks for pulling this together, this looks pretty reasonable to me. Couple of thoughts: 1. I think we should rename "Includes Fields From" to "Inherits" or "Inherits From". I think this strengthens the "is-a" relationship, we want subclasses to inherit (and extend) the semantic meaning of the parent, not just import their fields. a. I felt there was an implication of multiple-inheritance, I would suggest we avoid that unless absolutely necessary. 2. We could potentially collapse the "Includes Fields From" and "Used By" into a metadata table on the class (just like we have a metadata table on fields). 3. Will we treat relationship fields the same as primitive fields? They may need additional metadata to link to the definition of the class they relate to.
