One item I forgot to mention was the Status attribute. In the OWL document, this is used to track whether the class or property is stable, deprecated, or currently being discussed/reviewed (i.e. unstable). You'll find this in the attribute table for both the class and the field. TL;DR - It can be done, but requires some format changes to the proposed markdown. Changes are summarized in square brackets. The most substantial change is to document in some way the subclass relationships. I think this may reduce duplication in the markdown document independent of if we use it for the OWL document maintenance. The table contains all the fields in the OWL document which needs information from the Markdown document. Green color - easy; Yellow - can be done, but difficult; Red - not feasible currently.
