If your talking about the program files, then the answer is yes. I'm using
Source Safe with my current client. If I wanted to, I could integrate it
with ColdFusion Studio as a project and I'd have the ability to check in/out
files via Studio.
If your talking about content, that's something different. Spectra by itself
doesn't have a native way to store old versions of objects, but it's easy to
roll your own. I've written an article at Allaire.com that details a way to
handle this. Essentially, every time you edit an object, you can simply take
the old data and store it in a 'History' property.
