I don't think you can do it that way.
Instead, delete the cfaobjects data source using the ODBC administrator
and then delete the registry key 'cfaobjects' that exists in
HKLM/SOFTWARE/Allaire/ColdFusion/CurrentVersion/DataSources. After that
you can re-create the cfaobjects DSN (preferably using the CF
administrator.)
