I've found it's very helpful to restart the entire CF Server process group
once a day (in cron). You can also restart LDAP for good measure, if no
other
services are dependent on it. Frequent restarts help with stability as well
as overall RAM usage. Make sure that smservaz and smservauth (the Siteminder
processes) get cycled too; they are controlled in /opt/coldfusion/bin/start
and /opt/coldfusion/bin/stop.
