You actually have to go in to the ODBC section of Control Panel on the
machine CF is running on. Then about halfway through the 'setup ODBC data
source' screens for the System DSN in question, there's a choice to use
SQLServer authentication (where you supply a username and password) or to
switch to NT authentication (where you don't)
