We are playing around with frames right now- we'll take a look and get this
in for the next release!

If you're in a frames-based site, be careful about setting a base target in
the head of your HTML. When in designmode, the grapples and widgets are
all href="javascript:" triggers ... and they will be affected by your
choice of base target. The end result is that the grapples and widgets
will not work.
Goodly Allaire folk - could you add a target="_self" to all of those
javascript calls?
