I did know that Verity went case sensitive if you mix case -- that's what was so
confusing about it. When we entered "Retirement" (mixed case) we got results
back. When we search on "retirement" nothing comes back.

So if we lcase everything (which was my first though), I assume we'll get
nothing back!
