Depends on the knowledge level of your developers.  Spectra is an object
oriented platform, which has it's own methodology.  I would recommend
sending them to a spectra class, or at least giving them the Forte Spectra
book and a couple weeks to pound away.  Either way, if they can install
Spectra on the first time without errors, then they are considered advanced
spectra programmers in most minds.
