Hi Mary,
I looks like a corrupt user profile.

If the user was using an application in the webtop and that application was
then deleted - their user profile would still be set up to use that
application...

the easy way to fix this is to go into the webtop, delete the user and
recreate them (make sure you check the box at the bottom of the page that
deletes the UserProfile as well)
