I wish it was more graceful. Too bad it just doesn't automatically reset
him to the "Spectra WebTop" application.

It sounds like his user profile is pointing at a default application that
has been deleted
or perhaps a bad value got into his profile somehow. This used to be a big
problem
in Spectra 1.0 and you had to run a patch up script to reset the default
application
in the user profile object. I thought Spectra 1.5 was more graceful and
would do
something constructive like reset your default to the webtop. Maybe an
admin
type can reset his user profile object from the webtop if that is actually
the problem.
