It's confusing me as well. What exactly do you mean by, 'create its own menu
for that page', are you saying:
"On this page, they can create a menu by selecting menu objects and ordering
them."
Or are you saying
"This page will be called FOO when displayed in the main menu for the site."
Can you describe your situation a bit more please?
