Hmm, can you do this?
Outside of any spectra code, on one of the pages that contain dynamic info,
like a container, add a #Now()#. Edit the container (or something inside).
Hit the other servers and see if Now() has been updated as well as the
container - it should be. Hit the 'bad' server. Is the container old _and_
Now() not right as well? If Now() is right, reload the page, see if the
container is still bad and now() is still good.

I'm not promising anything, but I just want to get a better idea of what's
going on.
