OK... first to mention that this path:
"system\customtags\tier0\publishing\cfa_container.cfm" is infact:
"customtags\system\tier1\publishing\cfa_container.cfm" on my system and it
was on line 312... not sure if this is relevant (we're still on v1.01)?

I put it in and got a return of "false" on both the good and bad servers.
