Hi Dave,
I'm working through an upgrade right now. I've run into the same problem,
I'm pretty sure (although I don't remember the details) that Spectra stores
a key in the server scope that keeps you from re-upgrading, so simply cycle
CF and you can walk through the upgrade again.
