Is this the 1.5.1 maintanence release? Is is public yet? Will it be available
through the download pages?

Will the Maintenance Release require 1.5 be installed first?
I need to migrate my 1.01 apps to 1.5. Trial migrations continue to have
problems with the SLM and I would like to know if migration problems will be
addressed by the Maintenance Release or I will have to migrate to 1.5 first.
