We have a "company" object type that includes searchable descriptive text in
a Body field, and also is categorized by metadata. Users can search by
either descriptive text or metadata.

When users do a keyword search on (for example) Plumbing, we search the Body
text. However a company may be assigned to the Companies -> Plumbing
metadata but not have Plumbing in the body text. Thus it's not found.

What would be the recommended way of searching so that a search term of
Plumbing would find the firm both ways? Would I have to do two searches
(slow?) And is it even possible/advisable to search for a keyword in a
metadata tree?
