Bare in mind - Siteminder does not ship with Spectra, it ships with
ColdFusion.
Spectra uses Siteminder by default - but you don't have to use it if you
don't want to. I've built Spectra apps without using one drop of advanced
security. (Spectrasource.macromedia.com is an example.)
This is not to say Advanced Security is bad, of course, I'm just saying that
if you don't like the features, you don't have to use it.
