Our development team has found that during the upgrade process from Spectra
1.01 - 1.5.1, many containers got corrupted. If the CFA_Container tag hits
a corrupted container, then it takes a loooonnng time to resolve, leading to
the experience you describe.
Dave G -- can you post the "fix" code for Victor?

Hello Spectra warriors,
According to the Spectra Forums my problem is not a new one but I still
want
to post it with the hope to get some kind of answer.
I'm are running the following system:
CF 5.0 Enterprise Server
Spectra 1.5.1
MS SqlServer 2000
Both the CF and database server are Win2000.
About every two hours the CF server uses 100% CPU and from than on it is
impossible to log into the application. The site is still available
though.
After restarting the CF service everything works fine until.....
I do not know what triggers this but I suspect it has something to do
with
SiteMinder and logging onto the application.
The site has to go live on Monday so you can imagine the pressure to get
this fixed before the weekend.
