It happens to me also but only in NT not in Solaris environment. This thing happens
when you keep repeating the installation of xapp applications. It was a headache last
time also, what I did
was :
1. Delete the xapp applications.
2. Delete the NT registry that is related to xapp.
3. Restart my machines.
4. Stop and Restart the CF Application services.
Fix the problem. Try doing a reload a few times. Spectra is well known in giving
weird stuff all the times from ver 1.0, anyway functioning better in 1.5.1.
