Neil,
Because of the index stuff causing the CFSEARCH error. What you need to do was just
submit a schedule index, probably just set to daily (once) and then submit it. Do a
reload and then go back,
and edit your current schedule that you did....
You will see the execute button enabled!.
or try running the VERITYINDEX.CFM file inside the Xapp folder.
