At the risk of going totally off-topic, it would be nice if MM could
document just how exactly a webserver can interact with ColdFusion, i.e.
explain exactly what goes in and out of /tmp/cfserver.

The apache module is just a stub around a proprietary library so that
isn't usefull at all.
