I am sure it will not be a transition. It is more than likely going to be Spectra Neo sites and Spectra "as it stands" sites. Until we know which parts of the COAPI are being integrated it is hard to say.
Be patient and wait to see what the deal is :-) Also, keep on building with Spectra 1.5.1 and get it to be even more kick_ass. your knowledge is the knowledge that will drive it.
