There is a caveat with this. It will run on Neo but without Siteminder - this part
will need to be re-engineered. At least that is what Libby said at DevCon.

c) Neo will have Spectra-like functionality built in and Macromedia is
interested in offering CMS-like tools if the market will pay out
First part is, AFAIK the second part is not part of the roadmap, but it may
be!
