With Microsoft's announcement today of a shift from new product features to security concerns, I wonder if there will even be an IE7.
As for Sun's injunction, is that a lame attempt to try to stay afloat? Sun is doomed. Mostly because they haven't figured out that it's not 1973 anymore. Where's the Justice Department when you need them? Microsoft gives away free software and the government freaks out. Sun charges outrageous prices for obsolete garbage while taking a legal course to prevent competitors from using similar technology, and the DoJ is twiddling their thumbs? Oh, I forgot. Microsoft and Bill Gates are Satan. It has to be true. Larry King said so. Even though Microsoft and Gates are solely responsible for the technological and internet boom of the last decade. But don't let the truth stop any of you socialism lovers out there. Oh, sorry, off topic. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave Watts" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Spectra-Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, January 17, 2002 9:48 AM Subject: RE: 1.01 webtop and IE6 > > > ignore me if you already know this but IE6 doesn't contain > > > support for Java (although JS should still work).
