Guys, Need your help. When I went to one of my end user machine, he claim that he could not install the ewebeditproclient. His IE 5.5 SP2 browser should pop up a new window asking him to install the ewebeditpro ver 2.1 onto his machine, yet it gaves him an error - "This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log." . I can't figure what is causing this error, because I can install the plugin inside mine.
We did run the /ewebeditpro/test.htm, it prompt the ewebeditpro installation page but yet still get the same error messages. Is it because of misconfiguration on the server side ?.
