Ray,

Some Spectra customers may not want to upgrade to Neo.  So it seems that
we would need to segment spectrasource.com between either CF5 or Neo
mods.  

This would allow people to put Neo specific code in their mods to, say,
improve Spectra performance.  These Neo specific mods would break on
Spectra 1.5.1, so it would need to be segmented.  Two spectrasource
downloads: 1.5.1 and 1.5.2
