Hi folks Thanks for the input.
Now that I'm convinced that I have to purchase individual server licenses for each box in the cluster, I'm concerned with the issue of sharing other components between the nodes, such as application code, search collections, and file upload/download directories. According to the "Advanced ColdFusion 4.0 Application Development" book, Forta said that ClusterCATS has content replication, but is unavailable in CF 4.x. Loading www.brighttiger.com redirects to www.macromedia.com, and I can't find anything about content replication on the web nor on a local CF5 server. If I can find it, I would like to use it to replicate application code and any file uploads in the cluster. Also, I'm not allowed to use Windows shares in any of the nodes. Has anyone had any experience with content replication using ClusterCATS? TIA. ---- Teng-Yan Loke | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | +65-2169727 Developer | novaSPRINT Systems Pte Ltd ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe visit http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists&body=lists/spectra_talk or send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with 'unsubscribe' in the body.
