I have seen the content replication settings appear in ClusterCats Explorer, but only when all servers in the cluster were unavailable. So it wouldn't let me change any settings for replication because it couldn't connect to any of the servers. Not very useful. It went away again once we brought servers back online. Not sure if it's been disabled intentionally.
