I'm having problems with changes to objects not showing up for 5-10 minutes.
To help with this I'm now doing a cfa_contentobjectcachewrite action="delete" on the staging site and using a cf_http call to do the same thing on the production server. Unfortunately it hasn't helped. I'm running CF5 on both -- do you think that the CF5 query cacheing is what's still fouling me up?
