I'm afraid I don't understand - you install 1.5, 1.5.1, then 1.5.2. Yes, it's not one step, but it's certainly not going to take more than 10 minutes. The 1.5.1 update was just that - an update - so why the anger over the 1.5.2 update? As it stands - it only affects people creating a new install.
