Hello Everyone - I'm pleased to announce that the full source of Macromedia Spectra is available as version 1.5.3 under a public open-source license which allows you to freely build, deploy, and redistribute Spectra applications as allowed by the Macromedia Spectra Software License (based on the Apache Software Foundation license). The download is available now at http://spectrasource.macromedia.com/ <http://spectrasource.macromedia.com/> Macromedia Technical Support will continue to be available for customers owning a valid Macromedia Spectra 1.5.1 license until December 31, 2003 for the pre open-source codebase. After that point, applications made using the Spectra framework will be eligible for support through regular ColdFusion support programs (for details, visit the Macromedia support pages at <http://www.macromedia.com/support/> http://www.macromedia.com/support/).
