Hi all, we are facing a problem with process monitoring having continuous *false*process stop alarms.
*We are running Spectrum 8.1 H14* Reading through the Events List on those devices we can see these rfc2790App stop respondings quite often: *Application "devicename_Host Resources "of type rfc2790App has stopped responding to polls and/or external requests. An alarm will be generated.* * * and then *Application "devicename_Host Resources of type rfc2790App has started responding to polls and/or external requests. * * * and also those processes which are currently monitored going down and up continuously while they had never get stopped or started in real. It is happening not only for one device but on some devices (that's why I wrote a generic "devicename" above. I am wondering whether it could be better to monitor those processes throught the SystemEDGE agent and not throught the Spectrum Process Monitoring. Did anyone face the same problem? Thanks.
