I had that issue once. The following corrected the problem. I run Spectrum in windows. Go to the server running report manager: 1. Stop the Tomcat server. (Windows) Select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Spectrum Tomcat, and then click Stop in the Spectrum Tomcat Properties box. 2. Run the integration script from the Bash shell on Windows: <$SPECROOT>/Install-Tools/SRM-Tools/setup_boxi.sh Note: If you run the script after you have specified a BOXI administrator password (after a re-installation for example), you must provide the -p parameter along with the password along with the script command: <$SPECROOT>/Install-Tools/SRM-Tools/setup_boxi.sh -p <BOXI admin password> 3. Re-start Tomcat. (Windows) Select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Spectrum Tomcat, and then click Start in the Spectrum Tomcat Properties box.
