Have found a workaround and have tested it. Workaround: Use the Attribute Editor on the GlobalCollection model to edit the "dynamicUpdateInterval" which is an integer, and is in "minutes". OneClick renders this as hours, but editing the attribute directly allows use of minutes. Note, that the renderer will then show "0" hours.
