I wanted to ask the group if anyone has integrated Spectrum 9 with
Service Desk R11x/CMDB?

In reading the documents it states that the new integration for CI's
will create them when an alert is passed to Service Desk using the new
Sync feature.

My question is, can Spectrum simply export/import the CI's for Spectrum
models without having to first have an alert created?

It seems that many models may never have an alarm, the point is to have
all of the models from Spectrum in the CMDB to begin with.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
