Hi Spectrum users, My question is, can Spectrum simply export/import the CI’s for Spectrum models without having to first have an alert created? It seems that many models may never have an alarm, the point is to have all of the models from Spectrum in the CMDB to begin with. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We integrate both during a POC last January, you can export Spectrum device models, and Service Manager models, with relations between them using the Spectrum modeling gateway. It's as simply as execute modelinggateway -vnm <vnm_name> -cmdb -e <export_file> Then import the XML file created into Service Desk CMDB Hope this helps Thank you=============================================== Rufino Honorato Dpto.
