    I've seen it with other apps that are tied to a particular JRE  
version. What you can do is uninstall the version 6 of the JRE (the  
one that Spectrum uses) and then re-install it again, but choose the  
custom installation methos and don't select the browser plugins to be  
installed.
   This will make CiscoWorks working (!) again, for OneClick, just  
save the .jnlp from the web page and choose 'Open With' - then select  
the java 6 jre to run the web start file.
