If it's an snmp command and you know which OID to set you should be
able to execute a script or whatever to achieve this. If not possibly
ACL-Views are are rejecting your request to set this OID. Remember
it's possible to only set access to snmp subtrees.

If it's not an snmp command but access to the device can be done
through telnet/ssh/whatever you must know the login credentials to
feed your script which executes the command(s) on the device.
