If a fix is released please update the list b/c we are having the same issue. 
We are running on Solaris 10.

we have the same issue since 9.0. Call is open with CA and at least
one call/swbug from another customer.

You should open a call, too. Refer to swbug022171 (from our call).

BTW: what OS are you using? Maybe yet another OS-difference-call -
we're on Solaris 10...
