I do have query:
when our ISDN link gets up/down frequently e.g flaps 10 times in 5 min
polling interval.I need to generate alarm only when the threshold for no
of flaps is violated.
As in the above case i want alarm for the 11th flap in 5 min polling
interval of the ISDN link to be generated, because for each flap , no of
alarms will be quite high. Hence the frequency of alarm can help us
generate the intelligent alarm.
