Pablo Set up your devices to send link down traps to Spectrum. Spectrum will then know about the link going down no matter how short the outage.

Unavailable Period (3 Sec). First Poll This is an Example: Well, in this scenario Spectrum Don't present any alarm and the Object IfLastChaged is reset. The Question is, why Spectrum Don't alarm this event?
