In the Component Detail view of a device, is the Events Tab. When you go into the Events tab and display events you can see by default the Severity, Created On, Name, Event, Created By, Cleared On, Cleared By, Model Type name, and Event Type. In the Cleared By column it displays who the user is when the alarm in the Alarm view is cleared. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add a column that displays when a user Acknowledges an alarm in the Alarm view?
