Hi All,

I had a similar kind of requirement and I found following KB doc on CA
support Site useful.

But adding a column for who acknowledged an alarm would not serve the
issue as we only have got live alarms in Spectrum.

The following is a CA solution, which can be found in online
knowledgebase at http://search.support.concord.com

ID: TS26067

Issue : How to show the user who has acknowledged an alarm in
OneClick

Issue : Which user has acknowledged an alarm in OneClick?

Issue : How to find information on who has acknowledged alarms in
OneClick

Fact : SPECTRUM OneClick

Cause : When a user acknowledges an alarm in OneClick, an event is
created. This event is filtered from the event list by default,
however, so the filter must be changed to view this event.

Fix : In the event list, click the Filter icon (funnel shape) to
open the Event Filter window. In the Event Filter window, select the
Event Type tab, and select event number 0x10707. Click Remove, then OK.
The list of events will refresh, and acknowledge events will be
displayed.

Regards,

Neeraj Raina

        Hi All,

In the Component Detail view of a device, is the Events Tab.
When you go into the Events tab and display events you can see by
default the Severity, Created On, Name, Event, Created By, Cleared On,
Cleared By, Model Type name, and Event Type. In the Cleared By column it
displays who the user is when the alarm in the Alarm view is cleared.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add a column that displays when
a user Acknowledges an alarm in the Alarm view?

        TIA
