After upgrading the primary spectroserver to 9.1 without trouble, I ran into 
trouble when I upgraded the separate 
Report Manager server. Whenever I try to log on to Report Manager from the web 
browser, it just says No 
Spectroserver available after trying user/pass three times. I can't for the 
life of me figure out what is wrong or 
if the upgrade somehow reset a setting somewhere. 

Please help. :)
