After upgrading the primary spectroserver to 9.1 without trouble, I ran into trouble when I upgraded the separate
Report Manager server. Whenever I try to log on to Report Manager from the web browser, it just says No
Spectroserver available after trying user/pass three times. I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong or
if the upgrade somehow reset a setting somewhere.
I'd say remove any firewalls rules between the 2 servers and try again after restarting the Tomcat on the
Report Manager.
