Hi,
I installed Spectrum 8.1 and discovered elements, working fine.
When i tried to install BOXI reporting tool on the same spectrum server i'm getting an
strange error message "Crystal Report Job Server failed to start".
Even i tried to manually start the service but not helpful.
Here with i attached error snap.
What does the Event log show ? Does it start if you stop the Spectrum Tomcat
service ?
