Obviously the problem is that you have a x86_64 OS and utilities and you're trying to run a 32bit program.
You have to install the 32bit versions of the depending libraries and utilities (your 32 bit program cannot
use the 64 bit libraries for Xpm or whatever that you have installed).
Install the libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386 package (note the .386 suffix) and then
try again.
